Cheat River Festival (Albright)Road Race
Last year's Cheat Road Race raised over $1,000 for the Preston Rail Trail Committee, a local group working to convert abandoned rail road corridors to running and biking trails. Now in it's 2nd year, this event promises even more activities geared to racers and families. It's also part of the 2006 Morgantown Area Grand Prix Series (MAGP)!
Entry Fee: $20.00 if you register by Sat. April 29th, 2006. Registrations postmarked after that date and on race day will be $25.00. Fees are non-refundable.

Race Photos & Results: Photos will be provided by iPlayOutside.com. Get a photo of your favorite racer printed on any of the following 4" x 6" photo-quality paper, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Mouse Pads, Beverage Insulators and Round Coasters! Racers can find the results here as well.
Come for the race, stay for the festival and enjoy the day! This point to point race in Albright, West Virginia offers a scenic, rolling course and a beautiful finish line right at the banks of the Cheat River! Participants will enjoy unique clay awards sculpted by a local artist, and free admission to the 12th Annual Cheat River Festival.
Non-racers should note that the Cheat Fest admission price has changed. You can purchase an early Cheat Fest ticket for $10 or you can purchase one that day for $15.00. Go to www.cheat.org/festival for more details. As always, children are admitted free. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from vendors inside the festival grounds.
