Pete Dye Classic~PGA TOUR's ~ Bridgeport
Come and see the largest professional golf tournament in the state, as the PGA TOUR's Nationwide Tour comes to Bridgeport for the third year. The Classic will be played at the Pete Dye Golf Club on the 24th-27th of August with other activities and practice days on the 21st - 23rd of August. This will include a Junior Clinic on Tuesday the 22nd where some of the professionals will be on hand to give all interested youngsters a demonstration, some tips, and maybe a few trick shots.
Over 700 volunteers are needed for the event with numerous different activities on and off the course for avid golfers and those just happy to help.
