The Julia-Ann Square Association is a non-profit association dedicated to the restoration and preservation of historic homes in the Julia-Ann Square district of Parkersburg WV.
The Julia-Ann Square Association is comprised of homeowners and others living in the Julia-Ann Square historical District.
Our purpose is to promote improvements to the area: better lighting, improved street surfacing, traffic safety, home restoration, and civic pride.
All tour proceeds benefit the Julia-Ann Historic District and contribute to our lighting project.
