Home of the GREENBRIAR
The county seat of Lewisburg, population 3,900, has been named one of a dozen distinctive destinations by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and a top southern mountain town by Pinnacle Living magazine. Lewisburg is home to Carnegie Hall, Greenbrier Valley Theatre, the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and the New River Community & Technical College.
